For some reason, in the last day or two and actually for the CSS validator as well, I have been receiving a "500 Internal Server Error" in response to clicking the referer validator link on my pages of the website. This just started in the last day or so. I am unsure if it is related to Bug #716, but I do not believe so.

I think the "500 Internal server error" is what *your* server is returning. I just followed the link you gave, and fell onto such an error page listing coldfusion errors.

Nothing to do with the validators, I reckon.

that would be somewhat odd. only, as i am currently on the page and it works perfectly fine. no errors. the only explanation i have is that you caught the page while i was updating it. if you could possibly check once more in the next day or so. i won't be making any changes so there shouldn't be any errors on the page. when i navigate to the page in a browser, any browser, it works perfectly. only, in the past few days, when i do the validation i get a server error. if there are coldfusion errors, would you mind posting them as a comment / e-mailing me.. just so i can see them and further attempt to diagnose the problem.
