I cannot reproduce this, with the same version of safari. Would you send me screen shots?

Cleared the cache and rebooted my machine and the problem was gone.

Before I did so, I also checked it on Firefox 2.0.0.3 and Opera 9.20 which had the same problem. 

Still, I have no clue what caused this strange behavior.
