As I'm sure many of the users do, I generally have quite a few files that need
to be validated when I'm either finalizing a site or revalidating one.
Therefore, it would be amazingly handy if one, or both, methods listed of
multiple file validation were implemented.

1) The user uploads either a list of local files, a zip file, or specifying a
local directory. The validator then unpacks/traverses the files and validates
all of them, with some kind of demarcation between each file.

2) The user specifies a URL and the validator crawls to the end of the graph
produced by any /local/ links on that pages that it links to (and that they link
to, etc.)

I don't know if this is in the works or not, but I didn't see anything in the
mailing lists or the bug archive, and as I think it'd be a neat thing to be able
to do, I put it here.
