cf. thread at the URL; the mess with SHORTTAGS in HTML 4.x needs a better
explanation in the docs. Nick provides some good text to start out with combined
with Olivier's stuff in the existing docs.

Ain't gonna happen for 0.6.2 (nobody had the time to deal with it). Retargetting
0.7.0 for review in that timeframe.

I believe this is reasonably addressed in the FAQ now
(/docs/help.html#faq-typo). Correct?
