Notes on the WCAG Technique Sections

• Applicability: Possibly add user agent / AT support note - displaying alt text for videos may not work on some devices? Not sure...
• Description: no change
• Examples: Possibly add a case where an always visible heading, description or caption in the immediate context of the media element serves the same purpose as the alternative text
• Related: no change
• Tests: Not quite sure whether in mobile testing it is possible to "Remove, hide, or mask the non-text content". I can also see the case where an always visible caption provides a redundant short text alternative which is nit covered in the current test procedure.
