WCAG2 Conformance Levels (Draft Document)

This document shows the relationship of conformance levels to success criteria (SC) in the WCAG2. There are 3 conformance levels to each SC. Some of the conformance levels will be empty because there is not any method of complying at that level.

The definition of success criteria levels are in the WCAG2.
