RESOLUTION: change 1.4.3 to "The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except for the following: (Level AA) "

RESOLUTION: If the change of luminosity contrast ratio to 4.5:1 would affect the transition to Recommendation, the Working Group resolves to keep the luminosity contrast ratio at the current value of 5:1.
