RESOLUTION: Add note to the end of the Intent section of 2.4.2: Note: there may be in situations where the purpose of the link is supposed to be a "mystery. For instance, a game show may have links to door #1, door #2, and door #3. In this case the purpose of the link would be a "mystery link" and it would be sufficient to describe it as such.

User-controllable data

RESOLUTION: add a paragraph to the end of the intent for 2.5.3: "User-controllable data is data that is intended to be accessed by users. (e.g., name and address for the user’s account.) It does not refer such things as internet logs and search engine monitoring data."
