[Open] - Consider developing this document as a W3C Recommendation rather than a W3C Note (from Sean B. Palmer [034] on 12 May 2011).
Resolution: Needs more discussion and analysis of likely implementations (see also corresponding group resolution in minutes of 7 September 2011 and group discussion in minutes 19 October 2011).

[Open] - Use of prefix "dc" vs "dct" (conflicting comments from Sean B. Palmer [028] on 11 May 2011 and Thomas Steiner on 18 June 2011).
Resolution: Confirm with DC folks (see also corresponding group resolution in minutes of 7 September 2011, group resolution in minutes of 12 October 2011, and group resolution in minutes of 19 October 2011).
