  1. sentence starting with "This demand is due to changing legal environments ..." needs to broken up into two sentences, after the "and"
  2. reconsider title (again) -- IF someone has a better suggestion, please raise it
  3. careful about anybody....everybody......
  4. drop sentence on "challenging to create..."
  5. clean up acronym references 
  6. remove "In the rest of the document, when mentioning ATAG we refer to its stable version 1.0."
  7. combine paragraphs in "Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines"
  8. call exec summ an introduction and give 2p its own H3 of "how to use this document"
  9. Change to "The applicable organizational or corporate policy for people with disabilities as customers or as employees social responsibility), if it exists."
  10. Section header: implementation status (keep thinking about it)
  11. Reviewing recommendations not review
  12. Give people a rationale for telling people to review existing standards implementations
  13. Take out references to old specs (e.g. HTML 4.0) and look for newer (WCAG Techniques modules)
  14. Take out consideration of delays in accessibility in localizations
  15. change.... plan the code & the application development so that it can be easily localized 
  16. change.... estimate the time span to localize... might be delays in some of the assistive technologies so you make sure that your tool works with a variety of assistive technology applications
