Participation

Participation is open to members of W3C/WAI's Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (AUWG) and to individuals interested in participating in and contributing to the efforts of the Working Group.

Any participants not already members of the AUWG should read the AUWG Charter and the how to join page, and send the requested information to Jutta Treviranus, the Working Group Chair.

Registration

Please register to attend this meeting. Registration will run through 30 June.

The meeting is hosted by Visual Impairment Knowledge Centre, and will be held at their facilities in Hellerup, Denmark.

Meals

Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the meeting. Details for the dinner Monday evening, July 12th, will be sent directly to registered participants.

Remember to specify dietary requirements on your registration form.

Most hotels include breakfast in the price of the room so breakfast is not included in the refreshments at the Center.

Transportation

The nearest airport is Kastrup Airport (CPH), approximately 9 kilometers from downtown Copenhagen, Denmark.

There are taxis, trains, or car rentals to take you into Copenhagen. Note that taxi fares include VAT and tips. When you arrive at the airport, the Information Desk can provide car rental or train information.
More practical information will also be sent when you have registered for the Face-to-Face meeting.
