Instead, a TAG Finding has been published, based in part on the content of the working draft. The Finding is not on the Recommendation Track.

1. Usage Patterns For Client-Side URI parameters

The publication of this document as a Working Group Note signals the suspension of efforts to publish a Recommendation based on the previous Working Draft. Related work, evolved in part from the working draft, has been published as a TAG Finding named "Identifying Application State". Subsequent versions of this TAG Finding, if any, will be published at that same URI: http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/doc/IdentifyingApplicationState. This document will NOT be updated.
