This document is a placeholder for a document that is to be produced by the Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group. It replaces an earlier draft, following the decision by the group to split its contents into three documents. The first of those documents, describing mobileOK Basic Tests, should be consulted for more information about mobileOK.

This is a placeholder document reflecting the obsoleting of an earlier version, and the temporary lack of a full replacement to update it.

This document was developed by the Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group. The Working Group expects to advance this Working Draft to Recommendation status.

Publication as a Working Draft does not imply endorsement by the W3C Membership. This is a draft document and may be updated, replaced or obsoleted by other documents at any time. It is inappropriate to cite this document as other than work in progress.
