Webbot Constraint Model and Tcl/Tk Interface

Manolis Kamvysselis worked during the summer of 1996 on building a constraint model in Tcl for the Webbot. The Webbot was furthermore extended with a graphical interface written in Tk. The project is no longer maintained but may be a help to others.
