2004-present: Head of W3C European Communications and Business Development

Within the W3C Communications Team, I represent W3C as the consortium spokesperson to media, analysts, public worldwide, with a focus in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA); develop written materials/brochures, press releases, etc.; lead outreach activities for IST-European projects; organize W3C events (W3C10 Europe) / technical seminars (WS2 seminar) / presence in exhibitions (3GSM World Congress), etc.; organize and chair the W3C Track at the WWW conference (W3C Track'06); lead business development in EMEA; etc.

And, since its launch in May 2005, I am specifically in charge of the W3C Mobile Web Initiative communications.
