W3C HTML/XHTML Test Suites

The HTML/XHTML Test Suites are being developed by the W3C HTML Working Group (members only) as part of the W3C HTML Activity.

If you have any ideas or wish to participate to this work, your participation is welcome on the HTML test suite mailing list.

We also invite you to follow and participate to the W3C Quality Assurance (QA) Activity.

HTML4

The initial release of the HTML 4.01 test suite is now available. This release should not be considered complete. Feedback regarding this test suite should be sent to www-html-testsuite@w3.org (archive).

This link automatically points to the latest revison of the test suite. The links below point to specific, dated versions.

23 January 2003 (initial release)

The test suite can be downloaded as one zip file for local (offline) testing.

XHTML-Print

The initial release of the XHTML-Print test suite is now available. This release should not be considered complete. Feedback regarding this test suite should be sent to www-html-testsuite@w3.org (archive).

Warning: Test suite documents are written in XHTML-Print, served as 'application/xhtml+xml'.
