Language Relevance

Adding xml:lang to label and for="model" to label would be to make labels a much more integral part of the XForms language, especially for internationalization purposes - you could place entire blocks of HTML page content into a label that could be displayed or hidden automagically via the language attribute/element, labeling select1 boxes for internationalization becomes much simpler, and you'd have consistency of internationalization across implementations.
