Constraint-based Alert

A full articulation of this proposal, situated within a fuller improvement to MIPs, appears in MIP_Names,_Types,_Etc.

This topic specifically proposes that alert messages should be associated with the data nodes to which the constraints are attached so that all UI controls attached to that node will not only receive the constraint MIP value but also the alert message related to that constraint violation.

Other metadata elements such as label, hint and help could similarly be associated with data nodes, as is mentioned in MIP_Names,_Types,_Etc..
