This implementation report documents the interoperability of multiple implementations of XHTML Basic 1.1, an XHTML Profile. It has been created by the XHTML2 Working Group during the Candidate Recommendation phase. The assertion of interoperability is based on successful execution of each feature by two or more independent implementations.
Since XHTML Basic 1.1 is a small change to XHTML Basic, and furthermore,
with one exception, only contains features already widely implemented in
browsers, it is anticipated that the CR period will be short. The exception
is the inputmode
attribute for forms input.
Testing is being undertaken by the OMA at quarterly intervals. At present there are no official results to report.
