Using ITS with DocBook

DocBook is a system for writing structured documents using SGML or XML. DocBook has been in use for many years in many different organizations. It is currently maintained by the OASIS DocBook Technical Committee.

• ITS document rules for DocBook (with qualifiers)
• ITS document rules for DocBook (with default namespace)
• Example 1: DocBook v4, document with DTD, no ITS markup.
• Example 2: DocBook v5, document with simple DocBook namespace.
• Example 3: DocBook v5, document with DocBook and ITS namespaces. Some in situ ITS markup.
