Last Call Comment: Reconcile 'stroke' presentation attributes on <image>

State:
RAISED
Product:
SVG 1.1 F2 Last Call
Raised by:
Doug Schepers
Opened on:

Description:
The definition of <image> in SVG 1.1, under "Presentation Attributes" list the various 'stroke' attributes.

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/struct.html#ImageElement

I think this is a change from SVG 1.1. We should either remove them, or change SVG to allow stroke.
