Should focusable=auto mean that an element that has an eventlistener for any of the DOMFocusIn, DOMFocusOut and DOMActivate events should be focusable. Currently the spec doesn't say anything about the case with the 'handler' element, or if you add the listener with addEventListener. Related to test: script-handle-06-t.svg
