Using author-defined named colors where <color> can be specified

State:
RAISED
Product:
SVG 2
Raised by:
Erik Dahlström
Opened on:
2008-09-08
Description:
For author-defined named colors it's possible to use the solidColor element (which is a paintserver) or to define a gradient with only one color (also a paintserver).

In SVGT12 it's not possible to use these paintservers in some situations, e.g viewport-fill, stop-color. This limits the usefulness of solidColor somewhat.
