Section 7.

There is no symptom of an explanation given, why formulas deviating from distances between scalars or the Euclidian distance for vectors might be related to a paced change across the animation. Readers cannot identify, why the formulas might be related to calcMode paced. The formulas for lists and similar types look arbitrary and the derived behaviour is meaningless without an explanation how this is related to a paced change across the animation. Even more, the structure of these formulas suggest that only an average distance is calculated because there was no other idea for a meaningful formula related to
calcMode paced. Well, in most cases I have no idea too, but I cannot see the reason, why to specify something without a meaning and to suggest, that this arbitrary behaviour has something to do with calcMode paced. For some attributes or properties there is an obvious geometric interpretation of a paced animation, but this does not fit to the other condition, that the animation has to interpolate between the given values. Therefore the obviously paced behaviour cannot be used too.
