Test for viewer capibility to handle the basics of 'textPath' elements. The three sub-tests in this test case were derived from the examples in the textPath section of the SVG spec. The first test is a basic text on path test. The second sub-test uses the tspan subelement to shift the position and change visual properties (to red). The third sub-test tests the startOffset attribute of textPath element.

The rendered picture should match the reference image, except for possible variations in the labelling text (per CSS2 rules).

The test also uses the 'rect' element, internal href to path definitions, as well as basic fill (solid primary colors), stroke (black & blue, wide & 1-pixel lines), font-family (Garamond, Arial, Helvetica) and font-size properties.
