Verifies that shapes can be filled, stroked and the order of filling and stroking.

There are three pairs of 12-point star shapes. From top to bottom, these are filled, stroked, and filled plus stroked. In the middle pair, different stroke widths are used for the two shapes.

The rendered image should match the reference image except for the text which may show minor layout differences.

The test uses the 'rect' element, as well as basic fill (solid primary colors), stroke (primary color 1-pixel and wide lines), font-family (Helvetica) and font-size properties -- the common prerequisites. In addition the test uses 'transform', and requires support of mitering (the points of the shapes cause mitres longer than the SVG default.)
