Description Karl Dubost 2005-01-10 04:25:18 UTC
The Techniques are numbered. Sometimes it seems that there is 1 techniques with multiple steps.
Other times, there are multiple techniques (1 step each). We need to devise a better numbering scheme.
Perhaps:

A) T1, T2, T3 and then within T2, a, b, c.

B) 1, 1.1, 1.2., 1.3, 2, 3
