Description C. M. Sperberg-McQueen 2010-06-10 17:10:33 UTC
In section B.1 Normative References of the XDM 1.1 spec
(http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-datamodel-11/), the second
entry reads, in its entirety:

  Namespaces in XML
      ERROR: NO xml-names KNOWN!

This may right itself automatically, but it seems worth
pointing it out.

I can't explain how that came to be, but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore, I'm happy to say. (That is, the reference works in new builds.)
