Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: Nah, that just ends up being far too verbose (search for "the respective content attributes of the same name" in the spec to see what I mean — imagine if each of those cases were replaced by another copy of the list of attributes).

Maybe something in the auto-generated dfnPanel divs, then?  That is, #attr-foo-bar and #dom-foo-bar would each be linked to from the other's dfnPanel?
