The hspace attribute of applet, embed, iframe, img, or object elements, and input elements with a type attribute in the Image Button state, and the hspace attribute on same, have a presentational rendering effect and are nonconforming, but are not listed in the obsolete section.

Rationale: <applet> (in its entirety), <object hspace>, <object vspace>, <img hspace>, and <img vspace> were already listed as obsolete. <embed hspace> and <embed vspace> are covered by bug 9198. Added <iframe hspace>, <iframe vspace>, <input hspace>, and <input vspace>.
