Description Bj 2004-10-30 16:21:58 UTC
Every month or so we get bug reports / request for clarifications from people
unable to validate their web site due to DNS problems. Most often these are mis-
configuration problems rather than DNS problems from validator.w3.org, there
should be a note explaining how people should resolve the issue without
contacting us.

Didn't know it was such a frequent problem. Added a message pointing to some DNS record checker.
