It is unlikely this will work on mobile as you cannot make tcp connections
into a mobile phone. They will be blocked by the operator's firewall and this
is very unlikely to change. Of course, this isn't a reason not to specify
this, but it's good to be aware that it will not work for a very large class
of devices.

Rationale: Yeah. The same problem actually exists with home networks that use NAT (many of them). The solution is some form of NAT traversal. This is all a subject for another spec that this spec can rely on, though (hopefully something for the IETF).
