Description Olivier Thereaux 2004-10-06 01:48:10 UTC
The CSS validator lists error as list (ul) items, but fails to close the <ul>.
As a result, the results pages are invalid, and have a weird indentation issue.

Trivial fix indeed in org.w3c.css.css.StyleSheetGeneratorHTML2
I also added a fix for another potential issue, the warning list was always
ending with a </ul> even if <ul> was not created.
