Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: This is a temporary situation. 18-20 are in XHR, 21 is in Workers, 22 and 23 are in HTML5 (23 is commented out), and 81 and 82 are in DOM3LS. This will get fixed in due course with the on-going work on Web DOM Core. I'd rather not add such details to the spec because we'd only have to go and change them again later which would just cause me busywork.
