In Part 2, 3.3.4.1, first Note, it says "...since no float values are ·comparable· with it" when it clearly means "... since no precisionDecimal values are ·comparable· with it"

I will add a fix for this and submit it to the WG along with the fix for bug 8744.
on the telcon the WG adopted the proposal, but decided to extend the changes to float and double as well.
