The following test cases all have a scenario of runtime-error:

PathExpr-5
PathExpr-7
PathExpr-8
PathExpr-9
PathExpr-10
PathExpr-11
PathExpr-12
PathExpr-13

I believe that for each of these the scenario should be changed to parse-error.

This bug appears to have been fixed.
