The Validator link at the top of the CSS Validator Page, when installed on a 
computer, does not change to what you set the config file to.  Easily fixed.  
It just needs to output the URL designated in the config file without the uri=%
s on the end.

Olivier, thanks for even looking. Seeing as I don't recall actually successfully installing the CSS validator on my site, I don't know why I placed this in. I think I probably made one of the worst bug reports on this site. Stupid me. If I somehow find this again, I will post a much more explanatory bug report.
