Two comments:

1) In the primary purpose element definition (3.3.5.1), the figures 
need to be renumbered.  The first one should be 41, and then the 
figures in the rest of the document will need to be incremented.

2) I don't appear under authors, I wrote the aforementioned section.

Added Serge to the authors section and double-checked the numbering of BNF
