Description Doug Davis 2009-11-04 16:58:45 UTC
Intro says defines two entities, the 2nd one (bullet) says:

Resource factories, which are Web services that can create a new resource from an XML representation

this is a bit wrong since it implies that the XML on the create is just
the XML representation when it could be an instruction. It could confuse people.

Proposal:
change it to:
Resource factories, which are Web services that can create a new resource

basically, just delete "from an XML representation". This aligns it
with the definition of Resource Factory in section 2.1 too.
