Comment:
"identifying a script resource of the type given by the type attribute, if the attribute is present, or of the type "text/javascript", if the attribute is absent." - what does "of the type" mean? Sounds like it means the HTTP content-type must be that value, but that'd be silly because it would make <script src> and <script src type=text/javascript> non-conforming with Apache's usual application/(x-)javascript
