ECMAScript says the result of ToString on Number is not uniquely determined (in the last digit of s), but HTML5 makes it sound like there's a single best representation of any number. It should explicitly note that the best representation may be any one of the multiple strings that ToString might return. (Or define it differently somehow, so the implementation can't return a different string each time you look at the best representation of the same number.)
