I want to suggest to you a feature to make Validator services to be able to fix HTML page.
An errors HTML page after validated with w3.org can be redirect to a HTML fixing page.
That page can fix all error HTML.

I'm afraid such a thing would not be really possible. There is however a "Clean up Markup with HTML Tidy" option already which does a fair deal of cleanup which may cover a subset of what you're looking for.
