There are several problems with Snow Leopard probably because the management of events changed.

It happens to me as well; it seems that the number of crashes increases when I increase the "clicking frequency".
Other: MacBookPro, OS 10.6.7, amaya 11.13.1
This problem never happened to me on the PPC version of the software, on a PowerBook G4.
