Martin Duerst points out [1] there is no 'charset' "Latin-1" registered at http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets. So I strongly suggest to replace it with ISO-8859-1, or leave it out. I've marked this as "normal" not "minor" because it's blocking IESG aproval of our MIME media type registration. [1] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ietf-w3c/2009Oct/0002.html
The WG agreed to adopt this in today's call.
