Just like for media elements the event summary for appcache should include the interfaces.

Apparently it can be quite annoying to find out later some events are not like the others (like in step 17 of some really long algorithm).

Checked in as WHATWG revision r4168.
Check-in comment: Correct the interface for 'stalled' events in the media event summary; Add the interface name to the appcache event summary; Add references to [PROGRESS] where appropriate.
