I don't have the source file for that image any more, so it's basically impossible to change without far more effort than a UK->US spelling change is worth. If anyone feels like redoing the image with the US spelling, I'm happy to take it. (If you do do that, there's a few other changes that need doing too — the whole thing should be a more manageable size; the background should be transparent, not white; and there should be an "input stream preprocessor" step between the network and the tokenizer.)
