Description Joe Pea 2009-06-29 07:07:45 UTC
Why might I be getting this error?

The error is as follows:

"I got the following unexpected response when trying to retrieve <http://www.bettafootwear.com/CrownYourFeet/shop/>:
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

I just want to validate my site and work out mis validated stuff :(
Comment 2 Ville Skyttä 2009-06-29 15:58:19 UTC
This is a problem with the www.bettafootwear.com site, not the validator; the site currently returns an error document stating:

"In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop has been taken offline temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask that you please try again later !"

If you wanted to validate the error page, tick the "Validate error pages" checkbox in the validator's "More options" section and try validating again.
