list of processes created at startup time

When Amaya is run it takes quite a bit of time to display its window.
The reason apparently is the creation of a large number of processes
for shells. See the attached file.

I know that but the large number of processes is generated by wxWidgets and it's not under our control.
Perhaps it will be fixed in a new wxWidgets version. 
We don't plan to change the wxWidgets version for the next 11.2 release.
