Description fd 2009-05-27 10:04:17 UTC
Depending on the failure, the code extracts may start with:
- "Resource under test"
- "In http://foo/"
- "Line 7 in http://foo/"
- or nothing

When there's nothing, it is unclear what the extract constitutes.

Consider adding "Resource under test" or "In the resource under test" before code extracts.

All details now start with "Triggered by " with the URI of the resource that triggered the failure. The expression "resource under test" is used when the URI is that of the resource under test.
