The online validator at the URL above validates the style sheet except for the
error in the summary line.

1.  Would be nice to have a link to an error description
2.  Would be nice to not have this error if it's a false positive

You have

li { margin-bottom: 0px; 
	margin-top: 5px}
	}

which correctly triggers this error, there is an, well, unrecognized "}" which 
you should remove.
